1. Contact Us. Share your requirements, goals, and ideas. We may send a brief questionnaire to gather more details. Following this initial discussion, we’ll provide a rough cost estimate.

2. Design. Together, we refine the project according to timeline, materials, feasibility, and budget. This includes selecting wood species, treatments, inlays, finishes, personalization options, and so forth. The result is a design brief with an official quote.

3. Build. Once you approve the design and quote, a 50% deposit secures your order and a lead-time estimate. We source materials and begin construction, updating you throughout the build process.

4. Delivery. Work is completed and your product is delivered.
